Dear Clients & Friends,

As managing director of V Wealth Advisors Wichita, I wanted to let you to know that during this uncertain time, we empathize with you, we are listening to your concerns, and we care about both your financial and health well-being.  In light of all that is going on – cancellations and potential business interruptions – we wanted to get you an update from your team here at V Wealth Advisors.  While we are hopeful that this is a short-term crisis and will have limited impact, we want to be prepared for the effects that are likely to result.

Business As Usual

For the most part, you will notice that your services with V Wealth Advisors will remain unchanged.  Because we are set up to work remotely (for potential emergencies), there will be very little noticeable change to you, the client, as we make adjustments to our work environment. Here is what we are going to do:

We are going to limit the time that our staff is in our office and practice social distancing as advised by the CDC.  Our in-office hours will be affected slightly to provide our staff the ability to adjust to potential disruptions outside of their control.
Our office will still remain open Monday through Friday 8:30 – 4:00 for calls at (316) 613-7570 to service our clients.  Our office doors will be closed to follow the CDC recommended social distancing practice.
We are in constant contact with each of our partners (LPL, Schwab, TD, and Highland).
We will closely monitor the government’s response to the crisis and how they might impact you or our team members.

I would also like to take this time to note that I am very proud of the way that my team has managed this situation, investment decisions made, and our Wealth Management Process.   Over the past few weeks, we have been approached by many people that don’t seem to have as much confidence in their portfolios or their financial advisor.  They are stopping us in public to ask what we think and what we are doing. We feel that there are many people that are coming to the realization that they could use the assistance of a wealth manager and a risk review of their portfolio.  If you have friends or family that might need help, would like a second opinion, or risk assessment on their current situation feel free to forward this letter to them.  While our current clients will be our priority, we want to help your friends and families also.

We are all experiencing a very unique moment in history.  Please continue to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you might have.   We want to provide you with security and encouragement during this difficult period in time.  This will eventually pass.  I hope each of you and your families remain healthy and enjoy the beginning of Spring.

Sincerely,

Jeff Wetta
